– the brewery is moving from Pleasantville down the road to Elmsford
– going from a 20 barrel brewhouse to 40 barrel brewhouse
– new brewhouse will have 50,000 barrel capacity annually
– produced 6,500 barrels last year and projects to produce 8,500 barrels this year
– 98% of production is draft
– is currently distributed in lower 15 counties of New York and part of Connecticut (sorry, NJ!)
– Owner, Scott Vaccaro, started out at Sierra Nevada out of UC Davis, worked there for 2.5 years
