(Longmont, CO) – Left Hand Brewing announced during the Great American Beer Festival its latest innovation: Milk Stout Nitro in bottles.

So instead of a widget they just nitro infused the beer and bottled it. The aggressive pour triggers it? Almost looked flat beer until the very end when the “nitro” seemed to kick in.
similar effect to guinness. Though the video of a pour that I saw at GABF had kind of a weak head on it compared to the marketing video. I wonder if consistency will be an issue.
