Well, at least it could be…from their perspective.
Left Hand Brewing is teasing a couple taglines as part of a back cover advertisement in this month’s issue of Draft Magazine.
1) On September 29th, we declare independence from imported stouts.
2) Pour from a bottle, drink like a draught.
Look at the image on the ad. Re-read those two lines.
Oh, what could it be??? Think, you idiots, THINK!!
Widget?!
They’re gonna start contract brewing Guinness along with Milk Stout. Should have scheduled it for Independence Day.
Not sure what it is, but you’ve highlighted the second line incorrectly. You have written “2) Pour like a bottle, drink from a draught” but the ad reads “…drink LIKE a draught.”
Nitro cans?
Ah, thanks Justin!
Fade to Black Vol 3?
My guess? Cans. Left hand is switching to 16oz cans. (I know, probably not, but I can hope.)
Which I would love. I need more craft beer in 16oz cans.
Widget (draught) Milk Stout to compete with Guinness.
I bet it’s not more BA Wake Up Dead 🙁
I surely hope it’s a widget. There are so many Colorado craft beers that are incredible on tap when nitro-infused! The Milk Stout is definitely one of them. If it is a widget, and it catches on, maybe Bristol will follow suit and use it with the Compass IPA which is heavenly on tap with nitro.

It’s Milk Stout Nitro…in a bottle. And it’s widget free!
