Goose Island Bramble Rye Bourbon County Stout Update
Goose Island teased Facebook fans with a brief Bramble Rye Bourbon County update last week:
Adding raspberries to barrels for Bramble Rye Bourbon County Stout. Blackberries soon to come!
Goose Island brewers added 60 pounds of fruit to every barrel. The barrels come from Heaven Hill Distilleries.
When asked, “Is this beer going to go out to distribution or local market only?” the brewery responded, “That will all depend on the yield we get from the barrels.”
There is no estimated release date though it will eventually be bottled (no artwork yet either).
