(Arundel Mills, MD) – Taken from last week’s newsletter…

DuClaw Brewing Company is proud to announce both the release of H.E.R.O. Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter, AND the return of X.2 Imperial Wit to the taps, Wednesday, September 7th!

H.E.R.O. Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter was created by the winners of our first ever H.E.R.O. homebrew competition, Tony Huckestein and Doug DeLeo. This jet black porter is full-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and rich malty flavor accented by notes of chocolate, coffee, and peanut butter. This complex flavor profile is balanced by a subtle hop character and moderate 6.5% abv., making this unique beer surprisingly drinkable.

And of course our H.E.R.O. has a sidekick. The 2nd experiment in our eXile series, X.2: Imperial Wit is a juiced up Belgian White Ale that pushes the sensory envelope with a nose and palate of coriander and Curacao bitter orange peel. Its fluffy mouthfeel, BIG 9% abv., and spicy finish will leave you X-cited for your next pint.

Come out and try these unique, and previously elusive, brews on tap at your local DuClaw Brewing Company beginning open of business Wednesday, September 7th, while supplies last!
