Acer Quercus: The Bruery collaborates with Lawson’s Finest Liquids

Acer Quercus: The Bruery and Lawson's

(Placentia, CA) – East meets West in this collaboration of the coasts…

With “Project Quercus Maximus” afoot at The Bruery, I wonder if we will see more beers with “Quercus” in the title…

Acer Quercus: Label copy…”A collaboration between The Bruery and Lawson’s Finest Liquids, this complex ale is seeping with Vermont maple syrup and maplewood smoked malt. Brewed at The Bruery with the use of oak cubes. ABV: 9.5%. 750 ml bottles.

Cheers to our friend and fellow maple lover, Sean Lawson, for making this beer with us. Acer Quercus is suitable for aging up to three years when cellared properly.”

If you are into the idea of beer made with maple syrup, look no further than Lawson’s. They are more or less experts in it.
