(Issaquah, WA) – Legendary craft beer publican, Bob Brenlin, will be joining with Issaquah Brewery‘s brewmaster, Steve Luke, to brew the 23rd batch of Contraband on Wednesday, November 17th, on site at the Issauah Brewhouse.
Bob Brenlin has been in the craft beer industry for over twenty years and his Latona Pub is an iconic watering hole for craft beer drinkers. Rogue brewmaster and long time friend, John Maier, AHA Homebrewery of the Year in 1988, has made an annual trip to the Latona Pub for an event the last 22 years.
Issaquah Brewery has been brewing Contraband for Bob Brenlin since 2005. It is an American-styled IPA brewed slightly different everytime, giving each batch a unique flavor and is exclusively available at the Issaquah Brewhouse and Bob Brenlin’s pubs in Seattle, Washington: The Latona Pub, Hopvine and Fiddler’s Inn.
