[6/29 Update: 18 cases of Barrel-Aged Marshal Zhukov’s Imperial Stout to be released in two weeks per the brewery Twitter feed.]

Per the brewery blog, “we packaged [Guava Grove] bottles yesterday and draft is coming soon. Marshal Zhukov [Imperial Stout] is dominating three 15 bbl fermenters right now, and will be leading the way into glass and kegs soon.”

“Also arriving late [this] week will be the Jai Alai IPA aged on White American Oak. Looking a litle further out, you can anticipate some Barrel Aged Big Sound Scotch Ale. Joey stuffed some pecans into one barrel, and I dropped some cherry wood into the other one. Look for the side-by-side and and let your tongue decide. Which is better, the Sound of Big Nuts, or the Sound of Big Wood?”
