(Easton, PA) – Weyerbacher Brewing wasted no time in submitting a new label for the discontinued Zotten brand. The Pennsylvanian brewery recently sent out a press release, as required by the offended brewery, explaining why the Zotten package had to be discontinued. The beer will now be called Weyerbacher Verboten. Verboten is another way of saying “forbidden.” Nothing about the beer itself will change.
