The addition of sweet and sour cherries during fermentation results in a distinctively sharp tartness complemented by rich cherry sweetness.

About the Brewhouse Rarities:

In an otherwise pitch black brewery, a single stream of light spills out from beneath the brewhouse doors. Carrying with it are impulses that can only be hatched during the sunless solitude of a graveyard brewing shift. The brainchildren of our individual brewers, our Brewhouse Rarities shatter the confines of traditional beer styles and, in the words of the Good Doctor Hunter S. Thompson, are “too weird to live, too rare to die.”
