Sours have grown in popularity over recent years and few brewers in the U.S. know more about them, and Brettanomyces in particular, than Crooked Stave’s Chad Yakobson. Yakobson was on The Brewing Network’s Sunday Session this past weekend to discuss the ins and outs of using Brett. He also talks about some of the beers in his portfolio and what he’s currently working on in the barrels.
