(Mukilteo, WA) – Looking ahead to cooler weather and falling leaves, Diamond Knot Brewing Co. is bringing back its Vienna Ale. Starting in September, this fall seasonal beer will be available on draft and in 22-oz bottles at retailers in throughout Washington, Oregon and through Total Wine & More.
“This is an exciting time of year for our brewery, we have a lot of fun brewing this beer and it’s greatly anticipated by many of our customers” explains Brewmaster Pat Ringe. The Diamond Knot team has been working hard to prepare for this release. “We have presold a large portion of our first production run. That says a lot about our customers and the state of craft beer.”
The Vienna Ale is a German style ale that is reddish in color and has a bright, crisp flavor with a bold, malty finish, making it quite easy drinking. Its complex flavors make it a great beer to celebrate the bounty of fall or to enjoy while tailgating, and it perfectly complements the hearty foods of the season. Vienna Ale has an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 5.8 percent, and 25 international bittering units (IBUs).
Diamond Knot bottles several other styles year around, including IPA, Industrial IPA and Brown Ale. Additionally they offer four seasonal beers in bottles: Slane’s Irish-style Red Ale, Blonde Ale and Industrial Ho!Ho! Winter Ale, and produces several draft only beers.
